The problem
Government and bank sandboxes are slow, rate-limited, sometimes down, and can't be told to fail. CI pipelines can't depend on them.
What it does
UPI collect, status polling, refunds and signed callbacks, with outcomes picked by the payer handle
E-invoice IRN generation with schema, GSTIN checksum, tax-split and total validation, and duplicate detection
E-way bill validity by distance, vehicle number and pincode checks
PAN verification with holder type, status and Aadhaar-link outcomes
Aadhaar OTP eKYC with consent, Verhoeff check, attempt lock and masked logs
Chaos header for slow, timeout, error, rate-limit and maintenance responses
