Who we are

What this website collects

No advertising pixels or tracking cookies are used on this website. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, doesn't track you across sites and doesn't build a profile of you: we see totals such as page views, referring sites and countries. If you request a demo, the details you enter (name, work email, company, phone, preferred time and message) are used only to arrange the demo.

Where your demo request goes

Demo requests are stored by Duvaxa in Cloudflare's database service and emailed to our team inbox, only to arrange and follow up on the demo. We keep a salted hash of your IP address for an hour to stop spam, not the address itself.

Your browser's storage

We store a copy of any demo request you send in your browser's local storage, so you can see your reference. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings. We don't set cookies.

Fonts

Fonts are served from this page itself; your browser doesn't connect to Google or any other font service.

What we use your details for

We use the details you send in a demo request for one purpose only: to arrange the demo you asked for and follow up on it. We don't sell them, use them for advertising, or add you to a mailing list. We keep demo requests for up to 12 months after the last contact, then delete them.

Your consent, and withdrawing it

You give consent by sending a demo request. You can withdraw it at any time, as easily as you gave it, by emailing deepanshu.saini@duvaxa.com; we'll stop using your details and delete them unless the law requires us to keep them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (India's DPDP Act, the EU and UK GDPR, California's CCPA, or Australia's Privacy Act) you can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Contact us and we'll respond within the time the law requires. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

Grievances and complaints

For a grievance about how we handle your personal data, contact our grievance officer, Deepanshu Saini, at deepanshu.saini@duvaxa.com. We'll acknowledge it and respond within the time the law requires. If you're in India and not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. If you're in the EU, UK or Australia, you can complain to your data protection authority.
